How To Clean Stainless Steel Appliances
i.e., refrigerators, toasters, stoves, range hoods
Supplies needed
- Neutral dish liquid soap (degreaser).
- Lint free Ask Cindy white terry cloth towels.
- Cleaning bucket.
- Ask Cindy stainless steel polish.
- Water.
Cleaning procedure
- Thoroughly wipe stainless steel surfaces with a neutral soap degreaser (follow label for dilution).
- Saturate terry cloth towel in degreaser solution to wipe all intricate areas i.e handle & vent.
- Use a new terrycloth to dry.
- Pay close attention to handles and intricate areas.
- Spray stainless steel polish onto a new dry terrycloth towel.
- Wipe appliance in direction of grain until surface looks renewed.
How To Polish Antique Furniture
Supplies needed
- Furniture polishes (without wax, silicones or abrasives). It should contain a special blend of Natural and Organic oils with cleaning emulsifiers.
Cleaning procedures
- Remove any items on furniture.
- Using micro fiber cloth, wipe away all surface dust.
- For digging out artistic design cuts, spray soft toothbrush while lying on soft polishing cloth.
- Wipe furniture with soft polishing cloft after spraying with polish. Wipe lightly with the grain of wood.
- It is not neccesary to use pressure.
How To properly clean an Oven
Supplies needed
- Fume free oven spray.
- Terrycloth towel.
- Paper towels.
Cleaning procedure
- While oven is cold spray the top of the oven first, followed by the sides and then, the bottom of the oven.
Make sure that the soiled surfaces are well covered. - Close the oven door. It is best to wait overnight for tough jobs.
- Open door, use a damp terrycloth, towel to wipe residue completely from oven.
- Wipe the total surface with a damp paper towel to remove any traces not readily visible the naked eye.
