Ask Cindy, Inc. provides an internet retail store featuring cleaning products, cleaning acessories and cleaning tool helpmates for homes, commercial cleaning use and the housekeeping industry at large. For product selection and purchase from our website there is information about every product, item and tool helpmate.

Shipping Policy / Return Policy
Ask Cindy, Inc. may sell specific products under the trademark Ask Cindy. We do not provide client information to third parties at this time. Ask Cindy, Inc. is not a manufacturer - and primarily works to private label products with a manufacturer. Our policy with manufacturers requires the following and by ordering from our site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of product ordering and shipping:

• Most orders ship within 48 hours. If the item you ordered is not in stock to ship within 48 hours of your order, we will contact you with the estimated shipping time.

• Items purchased from a retail outlet must be returned to same outlet and are compliant with return policies of that organization.

• Damaged items shipped from our manufacturer or from Ask Cindy, Inc. will have a customer service contact number on the label. This number must be called within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot be responsible for damages after that time.

• Non damaged goods must be called in for return within 4 days of receipt in order to be returned for proper credit. Only a website store/gallery credit can be issued for non-damaged product/item returns. The cost of the return shipping for non-damaged merchandise must be paid by the customer. There is a 15% re-stocking fee associated with each non damaged product/item that is returned.

• Shipping of all purchases is handled via UPS Ground, DHL/Airborne or Federal Express or standard US Mail, dependent upon packaging. Our rates are dependent upon shipping destination, item weight and packaging needs (i.e. standard cardboard box or poly mailer).

• Hazemat materials are never shipped by Ask Cindy, Inc./Ask Cindy How.com

Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or Ask Cindy, Inc., Ask Cindy How or Ask Cindy. If you terminate these Terms or if you receive notice that Ask Cindy, Inc. has terminated these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access and use of the Site. Ask Cindy, Inc., Ask Cindy How or Ask Cindy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any portion of the Site with or without notice if you breach these Terms or the terms of any agreement with or obligation to Ask Cindy, Inc. (or its division, The Ask Cindy How Store), or if Ask Cindy, Inc. has reasonable grounds to believe you have committed such breach. Ask Cindy, Inc. or Ask Cindy How may, in its sole discretion, discontinue providing the Site and/or the experiences or other products or services offered through the Site, in whole or in part, and with or without notice to you. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the courts of the State of New York sitting in the city or county of Westchester, or the United States District Court for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or the Site.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be deemed to constitute you and Ask Cindy, Inc. as partners or joint venturers or constitute an employment or agency relationship between you and Ask Cindy, Inc. or Ask Cindy How.

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and all Terms shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No waiver or failure of Ask Cindy, Inc. or Ask Cindy How to assert its rights under any provision of the Terms shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an officer of Ask Cindy, Inc. Ask Cindy, Inc. may assign its rights and duties under the Terms, in whole or in part, to any party without notice to you.
