Its compact 10-inch, two-hand design provides added leverage and controlled pulling force for compatible blind rivets up to 1/4 inch. Five interchangeable nosepieces fit 3/32" (2.4 mm), 1/8" (3.2 mm), 5/32" (4.0 mm), 3/16" (4.8 mm) and 1/4" (6.4 mm) rivets, allowing one tool to cover a broad range of fastening jobs. Unlike basic kits containing only standard rivets, the BT-7 includes 210 rivets in total: 190 standard blind rivets and 20 peel-type 5/32" rivets. The peel rivets provide an additional option for compatible automotive panel, trim and vehicle-component installations, including selected repairs on BMW, Mercedes-Benz and other vehicles. A dedicated jam-release nosepiece helps remove a stuck rivet mandrel. The included plastic compartment organizer keeps every rivet type and size separated, while the sturdy blow-molded carrying case stores the rivet gun, nosepieces, rivets and accessories together.
