We`ve added 5% polyurethane to create stretch, what you would expect from a good headband for sports use. Approximate size when flat: Opening width: 7.5 in (19 cm), Height: 6.3 in (16 cm). Best fits heads between 56 cm - 63cm (21.5 - 24.8 inches) but it is incredibly stretchy and can fit head beyond this size.
