- Hate scrubbing greasy surfaces after a party? The inner tank and exterior shell are food-grade stainless steel — no rust, no stains. A front drain valve lets you empty the water tank without tilting or lifting the whole unit. Simply turn the valve to the right (clockwise) to open and drain; turn to the left (counterclockwise) to close. Note for first use: The valve is intentionally tight and only turns one way for opening. It will require a bit of force to close for the first time — turn it to the left (counterclockwise) to shut it. This ensures a watertight seal after break-in.
